Tamela Sheron Bynes -Barnes was born on September 17, 1974, to the late James Pernell Bynes and Brenda Bynes-McNair in Ocala, Florida.
Tamela was educated in the Marion County Public School System graduating from North Marion High School with the Class of 1993. She attended college in Daytona and Orlando Florida.
Tamela was of the Christian Faith and loved the Lord. She was a member of Cathedral of Life Ministries Church.
She was employed by Blaze Pizza Disney Springs.
Tamela leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memories a devoted husband of three years, Winston Barnes, III; 2 stepsons, Winston Barnes, IV and Andre Barnes; her loving mother, Pastor Brenda Bynes-McNair; stepfather, Larry McNair; 1 sister, Carla Renee Washington (Kevin); 2 brothers, James Pernell Bynes, Jr. of Orlando and Carlos Authell Harris, Jr.; 3 stepbrothers, Larry McNair (Gigi), Mason McNair (Tasia) and Jason McNair (Enika); Father in law, Winston Barnes, Jr., mother in law, Verna Barnes; brother in law, Victor Barnes, Sr.; sister in law, Lisa Barnes Finnie (Ethan); Aunts, Helen Smith, Laydene Manning (Ralph), Betty Franklin, SyBrenda Johnson, Pastor Joyce Bynes, Joyce Rutledge (Pastor Primus), Kathleen Thomas (Willie), Wanda Williams (Richard), Gail Thomas, Tammy Graham and Beverly Joseph; uncles, Clarence Dennison, Willie James Manning, Clifford Manning, Robert Manning, Orean Bynes, Wilbert Bynes, Jr., Lyndell Bynes and Darryl Thomas; god -parents, Pastor Moses and Dr. Mildred McManus; nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, Olivia, Kevin Jr., Victoria, Cameron, Ariha, Victor Barnes, Jr., a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday October 8, 2021 at 11:00AM until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala 34475.
Celebration of Life services for Sister Tamela Sheron Bynes-Barnes will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Citra Community Cemetery, Citra, FL 32113.
