Sylvester Hart, Jr.

Sylvester Hart, Jr. was born on December 29, 1965, to Sylvester Hart, Sr, and Thelma Hart in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Sylvester was a 1983 graduate of Forest High School on Ocala. He furthered his education in the United States Army.

At an early age Sylvester accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and was baptized at Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Ocala

In October of 2005, Sylvester was united in Holy matrimony to Monica Faye Pippins in Las Vegas, NV.

Sylvester Hart, Jr., retired from the United States Army with the rank of Master Sergeant after 18 plus years of service with a second retirement from the United States Post Office after several years of service.

He loved traveling, casinos and spending time with family and friends.

On February 22, 2023, Sylvester went home to be with the Lord and to join those that had gone on before him, He was preceded in death by his father, Sylvester Hart, Sr.; his grandparents, Clent and Elma Hart and John and Curtis Coleman.

Sylvester leaves to cherish is memories his wife of 21 years, Monica Hart; his daughter, Fadericka Hart; his mother, Thelma Hart; stepdaughter, Talisha Henderson; stepsons, Jamaal Pippins and Daron Goodrich, Jr.; his brother, Curtis Hardy, Jr., his sisters, Cheryl Hart, Chalondra Shaw and Walinda Hart; other relatives and friends.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 1:00 until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala, Fl 34475.

Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 3:00PM at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church, 612 NW 4th Place. Ocala, Florida, 34475.
