A Time to Be Born 

Shirnanci Tolores Frazier affectionately known as Rose was born to Wardell and the late Deloris Frazier.  She was born in Ocala, Florida on February 11, 1971. 

A Time to Be Educated 

Shirnanci was a product of the Marion County Public School system.  She is a graduate of the class of 1989, Vanguard High School. 

A Time to Be Loved 

Shirnanci leaves to mourn, Eric Peacock, a long-time companion for over 30 years.  To this union two children were born, twins:  The late Derrick Frazier & Eric Frazier. 

A Time to Depart 

On the night of January 28, 2021, God plucked a heavenly “rose” from his earthly garden. 

A Time to Remember 

Celebrating her life is her father, Wardell Frazier, Sr. (Sandra) of Blitchton, FL. Three sisters:  LaTonia Mells (Allison) of Ocala, FL., Warnetta Brewton of Atlanta, GA., Keyasha Frazier of Blitchton, FL. Two brothers:  Wardell Frazier, Jr. & Courtney Frazier of Blitchton, FL. Two aunts:  Claudia Lee of Orange Lake, FL., Mary Amica of Blitchton, FL. One uncle:  Alfred Frazier of Blitchton, FL. Godfather:  Eddie Shellman of Ocala, FL. Two godsisters:  Pamela Shellman & Bonica Shellman of Orlando, FL. Two special childhood friends:  Freda Barnes & Sibyl Rich of Tallahassee, FL. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing on Friday February 5, 2021 from 1:00pm until 6:00pm at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, Fl. 34475

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Shirnanci  Frazier will be at Piney Grove (Graveside) Cemetery, on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM. 

Interment will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
