Ronald Reese, 74, of Ocala, FL joined the Lord on November 7th, 2021.
Mr. Reese enlisted in the United States Army at an early age where he proudly served as a Sergeant during the Vietnam War in the Tropic Lightning 25th Infantry Division.
After his retirement from the Army, he was employed by the University of Florida as a HVAC supervisor from which he fully retired after many enjoyable years of keeping the students and staff cool from the Florida heat. He also officiated High School football games throughout the State of Florida for 25 years.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, football, and frequent trips to Biloxi with his wife, Vahala Reese.
He was preceded in death by one brother and both of his parents.
Mr. Reese is survived by his wife, two daughters, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers, and a sister.
Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 1:00pm until 6:00pm at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala 34475.
Mr. Reese will be laid to rest at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FLorida. on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 9:30A.M.
