Evangelist Patricia A. Brown was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Mark and Hattie Franklin in Ocala, Fl on February 26, 1959. She was educated in the Marion Count Public School system and graduated from Lake Weir High School, Class of 1977. She retired from the Marion County Public School system as a bus driver.
She grew up in and was a faithful member of the Most High God, her family church, originally known as Universal Liberty Prayer House. She led the Parise Team and Choir for many years. In 2006, Patricia married Charles Brown and in 2011, she was ordained, by the late Pastor Samuel Franklin, as an Evangelist. The Brown’s moved their membership to Deliverance Church of the Living God in 2018. Evangelist Brown loved to minister by word and song. She loved baking cakes and she loved and cared for many children.
Evangelist Brown is preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Hattie Franklin; a sister, Beverly Johnson; three brothers, Albert Franklin, Samuel Franklin, and Bernard Franklin; and her son, Shaydrinne Franklin.
She is survived by her husband Charles Brown; daughter: Christian Coe; one sister: Vera Curry (James); two brothers: Mark Franklin Jr (Theresa) and Benjamin Franklin; two grandchildren: Aisha Franklin, Kayden Franklin; one aunt Bertha Lewis, special friend Eva Colding; five brothers-in-law: Christopher Green (Robin), Orlando Green (Sofia), Mike Green (Angela) and Theophilus Green; a special aunt-in-law: Beatrice Norris; one uncle-in-law: JD Brown and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
