Tuggerson, Otila Amanda, born on November 14, 1954 to Roosevelt Grant and Margaret Grant, in Daytona Beach, FL. 

A 1971 graduate of Forest High School and in 1972 married the late Calvin Lecorn, Sr.

In 1999 Otila met and married James Tuggerson. She was employed as a Home Health Aide and was very passionate about helping others. She enjoyed reading, writing poems and singing.

Otila was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Grant, a brother, Rosevelt Damon and his wife Brenda Grant and her husband, James Tuggerson.

She leaves as her legacy 3 children: Calvin Lecorn, Jr. (Ulanda), Sheri Lecorn-Beverly (Kelvin), and Derek Lecorn. She also leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Margaret Grant; 8 siblings: Frances Smith, David L. Grant (Dr. Peromnia), Bobby Grant, Timothy Grant, Shirley Mulkey (Albert), Kevin Grant (Kella), Wayne Grant and Rodney Grant; a loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren: Calvin Lecorn, III, Mikia Williams, John Hill, III, Jasmine Hill, Michael Randall, Canisha Lecorn, Marquez Randall, Calvin D. Lecorn, and Tyler Lecorn, other relatives and friends.

Public Viewing will be on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 1:00 PM til 6:00 PM. at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th St. Ocala, Florida.

Funeral Service will be on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at St. Paul Baptist Church - Montague, 3861 SE Maricamp Rd. Ocala, Florida 34471. Rev Reginald Willis, Sr. Pastor/Officiating.

Final Interment will follow at Chestnut Cemetery, Ocala, FL.
