Lawrence Christopher Griffin was born on December 19, 1990, to Pamela Griffin and Charles Calhoun in Gainesville, Florida.
Lawrence received his formal education at West Port High School in Ocala, Florida.
Lawrence Christopher Griffin accepted Christ as his Savior and was united with House of Prayer in Reddick, Florida.
In his leisure he enjoyed sports, church, and working.
On February 3, 2022, Lawrence departed this life and went home to the father. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Pasty Griffin.
He leaves to cherish his memories grandmother Ella Mae Gordon who raised him; mother Pamela Griffin, father Charles Calhoun; three sisters: Candy Hines, Jasmines Lee, and Crystal Hall; brother: Charles Lee Hall; Grandfather Roosevelt (Joyce) Griffin; six aunts: Pasty Wesley, Janice Wesley, Roxanna Lee, Linda Lee, Levette Certain, and Gail Griffin; three uncles: James Gordon, Myron Calhoun, Roosevelt Griffin Jr.; 10 great aunts and six great uncles; host of cousins and friends
Public Visitation will be held on Friday February 11, 2022, at 1:00 until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala 34475.
Celebration of Life services for Mr. Lawrence C. Griffin, will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at10:00 AM at Mt. Zion Cemetery, 5151 NW 160th St. Reddick, L 32686.
