On April 17, 1984, Heaven lent a precious gift to Thadious Pringle and Annie Johnson in Ocala, Florida. They named that gift Latoya Evette Pringle.
Latoya received her formal education in the public schools of Marion County, Florida, graduating from Vanguard High School, with the class of 2010.
Latoya had a passion to know Christ and she received Him as her personal Savior in her young adult years of life and was united with the True Life Testimony Christian Outreach Center. She was employed by Hitchcock’s Market as a Cashier.
She was united in holy matrimony with Emmanuel H. Chisholm. This union was blessed with one beautiful baby girl.
God in His infinite wisdom gently reclaimed that gift on June 22, 2025. Without saying goodbye, Latoya answered the Master’s Call and went home. She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Curtis Shuman; grandmother: Virgil Dixon; two uncles: Wesley Pringle and Wendell Pringle.
Latoya Evette Pringle, a radiant soul known for her strength, compassion, and uplifting spirit, now joins the great cloud of witnesses, where joy is eternal and peace knows no end.
Though she has departed from this earthly realm, her legacy lives on in the stories we tell, the love we share, and the strength we carry forward in her name.
Latoya leaves to cherish her memories; one daughter: Tebony Chisholm; her father: Thadious Pringle, Sr. and his wife Darlene; her mother: Annie Bee Johnson; five brothers: Thadious Johnson, Cordero Sinclair, Thadious Pringle, Jr., Matthew Pringle and Aaron Pringle; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public viewing for Latoya Pringle will be Friday, July 4, 2025, from 1:00pm until 6:00pm at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala, FL. 34475.
Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 11:00am, at Liberty Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 13235 NW Hwy 25, Reddick, FL 32686.
