He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Dollie Lewis, Ocala, FL; One daughter Salicia Weathers (Raymond) of Lake City, FL; One son, Tyrique Lewis of Ocala, FL. Two stepsisters, Sylvia Credle (Calvin) of Neptune, NJ; Melissa Roy of Ocala, FL. One Uncle, Elay O. Lewis (Geneva) of Dayton, Oh; One Aunt, Noisettia Lewis of Ocala, FL, and a host of cousins and friends.

Graveside Memorial Services for Mr. Keith Henry Lewis will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 11:00AM at Wesley Chapel UM Church Cemetery, 1155 SW 123rd Terrace, Ocala, FL.34481.
