 In his leisure Jimmie enjoyed sitting on the porch talking to close friends and family.

 Jimmie Lewis Sumners, by the will of our creator transitioned from labor to eternal rest on Saturday, May 25, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Sumners; his mother, Dollie Burgman; two brothers, Jermaine White and Freddie Sumners; his sister, Mary Harvey.

 Jimmie leaves to cherish his memory his sister Aretha Chappell; two brothers, Nathaniel Robinson and Jerome Robinson and his wife Betty; a special devoted friend Lillie Rucker; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday May 31, 2024, at 1:00 until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala 34475.

Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday June 1, 2024, at 11:00am at Tucker Hill Cemetery,800 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Ocala, FL 34475.
