Reverend Isaiah Tindal, Sr., 82, a retired Pastor transitioned from this life to his heavenly home on Monday, March 1, 2021.

Rev Tindal was born in Weirsdale, FL and educated in the Marion County Public School system.  A life dedicated to preaching and teaching the gospel; Rev Tindal served as Pastor at the following churches:  Calvary Baptist Church, Santos, Isom Memorial CME Church, Ocala, and Williams Tabernacle CME Church, Jasper, FL.  He also served as interim Pastor at St Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Ocala (Montague).

Rev. Tindal was born to the late Romie and Lizzie Bosier-Tindal.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Mary F. Tindal; and brothers Gerome Tindal, Lesley Tindal, David Tindal, Marion Tindal, and sister Mary L. Canty.  He leaves to cherish his memories; children, Tina Brito, Ocala, LaShune Brown (Doc) of Cibolo, TX, and Isaiah Tindal, Jr., Ocala; sister, Cammie Tindal, Orlando; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Webster, Ocala; and Louisa Tindal, Weirsdale;  Grandchildren, Yolanda Thomas (Javaree) Ft. Lauderdale, Ashley Greene, Ocala, Jasmin McNeil, Selma, TX, Keith Brown (Nikki), Cibolo, TX, Malcolm Brown, Los Angeles, CA, and Isaiah (Trey) Tindal, Summerfield; Great grandchildren, Christan Lewis, Mason McNeil, Chance Overstreet, Tristyn McNeil, Maliq Sanders-Brown, Camryn Greene-Washington, Javaree Thomas, Jr. (Jay), MiKayla Brown, and Meliyah Brown; Aunt, Evelena Cunningham, Ocala; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.

Public viewing for Rev. Isaiah Tindal, Sr. will be Friday, March 5, 2021 from 1pm to 6pm under the care and direction of Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Burrell Cemetery.
