On October 31, 1961, Willie and Laura Moore welcomed the sixth of their seven daughters into the world and named her Gwenevere Elise.
She received her education on the Marion County School System at Shady Hill Elementary, Osceola Middle, and Lake Weir High School.
At an early age she accepted Christ, joined and was baptized at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She later moved her membership to The Church of the Most High God where she served faithfully on the kitchen staff and as an usher until her death.
She met and married the love of her life Joseph Kelly, Sr. and settled in the Watula community where they raised their family.
On May 15, 2025, she gained her wings and was reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Joseph Kelly, Sr. and parents Willie and Laura Moore.
She leaves to cherish her memory one son Michael Green; stepchildren: Emmaline, Rayford, Pearl, Joanne, Caroline, Angelo, Cedrick, Joesph, Jr., Annie, Richard, Lynett, Phillip, and Christopher; two brothers Nathaniel (Cheryl) Moore and Craig (Karla) Moore; six sisters Mary Jefferson, Vivian Flowers (Donald), Milynda Mercer, Brenda Ismail, Jacquelyn Chandler, and LaKay Jones; one aunt Wanda Mosby; one granddaughter Nikyah Green and a host of step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
