Sister Eudell Bellamy Goodman was born on July 29, 1929, to the late Sebron Bellamy and Rebecca Jacobs Bellamy in Ocala, Florida.
A time to serve:
She joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church at an early age. She was a member of Choir #1 and a Deaconess.
A time to die:
God called her home to her final resting place precisely 2:15 AM, Friday, April 5,2024, as she enters Glory, her Soul says, “Hide they face from my sins and blot out all of mine iniquities, create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me”. Psalms 51:9-10
A time to mourn:
Sister Eudell Goodman leaves to mourn her passings, ten devoted children. Bernard Goodman, Sheila Goodman Bynes, Ronald (Shelia) Goodman, Marva Goodman-Cogdell, Carlton Goodman, Curtis (Delores) Goodman, Daryl (Sharon) Goodman, Cheryl Goodman-Menchan, Regina Goodman and Eunice (Demetrius) Franklin all of Ocala, Florida. 12 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, James Goodman; daughter, Janice Jeanett Goodman; two granddaughters, Ebone M. Scriven and Sharon Goodman.
Public Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6:00pm until 8:00PM at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala 34475.
Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 11:00am at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church 9010 SW 34th Place, Ocala, FL 34481.
