Eric Cook Obituary
Eric Leonard Cook Sr. was born on February 7, 1955, to the late Mable Woods Cook and Henry Franklin Cook, Sr. in Ocala Florida.
He received his formal education in Marion County Public Schools in Ocala, Florida.
Eric Cook accepted Christ at an early age and was united with Mt. Zion Methodist Church.
He was employed by Pioneer Products as a Forklift Driver for 20 years.
He passed away on March 24, 2023. He was preceded in death by his siblings Walter Cook, Vincent Cook, and Betty Cook.
He leaves to cherish his memory his longtime partner Caroline; children: Erika (Shaun), Eric Jr., Shelley (Nevaeh); six grandchildren: Jarquize, Ja'Bria, Shaniya, Shelley Jr., Jailen, and Carrighton: one great grand Ja'Zai; one sister: Bridget Cook-Ford (Orlando); two brothers: Henry Cook Jr., Glenn Cook (Gloria), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Eric Cook will be held, Saturday, April 8 2023, at 1:00PM at New St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 4491 NW 27th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34475.
