“I moved from my old house, I’m living in a new place,
A mansion just for me, with streets of gold, my new space.
I’m free from pain, and free from care,
I’m home where love will always be there.”
Deborah Y. Shuler was born on August 11, 1958, to Ethel Griffin Curry in Jacksonville, Florida.
Deborah and her family moved to Ocala where she attended the Public Schools of Marion County Florida, graduating with the class of 1978 from Lake Wier High School.
Debbie accepted Christ as her Savior and joined Ebenezer Independent Free Methodist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Deamontae Richardson.
Debbie was married to Michael Henry, who is now deceased.
A soul so beautiful, a heart so bright, has left this world,
and taken flight. Though tears fall like the rain, we'll remember
your love, your joy, your refrain. Rest now, dear one, in eternal
peace, may your memory be a blessing to release.
In our hearts, your love will stay, until we meet again,
on that glorious day.
