Burdette Alonzo Mackey

Burdette Alonzo Mackey, Born on August 17, 1978 to Burdette Nunn and Barbara Mackey in Ocala, Florida.

He was educated in the public schools of Marion County, attending Forest High School.

His interests included spending time with his family, watching football and having fun.

Burdette was preceded in death by his grandparents Isaiah and Anglee Mackey and Alonzo and Elizabeth Nunn, Jr., and his mother Barbara Mackey Rushing.

He leaves to cherish his memories four children; Akasha Givens, Lamiracle Mackey, Iqueria Mackey and Dywick Greaves, three grandchildren, Kylon V. Ross, Kyah V. Ross and Ky’xavious V. Ross; father, Burdette Nunn; two sisters, Samantha Mackey and Serena Still; two brothers, Curtis Garrison and Joshua Nunn; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public viewing for Mr. Burdette Mackey will be Friday, May 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street. Ocala, FL. 34475

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021, 2:00 PM at Chestnut Cemetery, 698 NW 13th Terrace, Ocala Florida 34475,

Interment will follow in Chestnut Cemetery .
