Sons: Kent Patterson of Ocala, Michael (Phyllis) Patterson of Ocala, Wayne (Rebecca) Pete of Reddick, and OB Brown (Metoka) of Ocala. daughters: Trina (John) Morand of Ocala, Lacretia (Albert) Figgins of Orlando, LaShurn (AC) Rabb of West Pam Beach, Valarie (Albert) Butler of Ocala, Miriam Thompson of Silver Springs Shores and Kim (Reinaldo) Torres of Ocala. 63 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren; brother: Leslie (Anita) Adkins; Sister In laws: Geraldine Evans Adkins, Margaret Patterson, Ernestine McIntosh all of Reddick, Minnie Thomas Austell of Trenton NJ, Vivian Mitchell of Ocala and Patricia (David) Sherrill of Silver Springs Shores; brother in laws: Benjamin Thomas, Sr. Alfred (Ila) Thomas, Sr. all of Reddick, Jimmie (Elnora) Thomas, Sr. of Silver Springs Shores, and Willie (Cathy) Thomas of Orlando; A host of loving Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Church family and Friends.
Public Viewing will be on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 12 noon until 6:00pm at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, Florida.
Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at United Baptist Church, 15460 NW 44th Ave. Reddick, FL 32686
Rev. Nathaniel Rawls, Pastor. Rev. Earl E Powell of DeBose UM Church, Eulogist. Final Interment will be Monday with Military Honors at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
