Rattley, Phillip, was born November 8, 1956 on the North Shore of Long Island in the town of Riverhead in the state of New York. He was born to Phillip Richardson and Luvenia Wilson Richardson.
Phillip was affectionately given the nickname of “Bootsie”. He received his formal education in Broward County, FL Public Schools.
He was employed as a migrant worker for over 15 years, with Vip-N-Joe Harvesting.
Bootsie, was a friendly fun-loving person that showed himself friendly to all people he met and to those that would allow his friendly personality to shine through. He loved food, fishing and
music. He was a hard worker and did his work well.
He would attend Faith Fellowship M. B. Church when his health would allow it.
Those left to cherish his memories, six brothers, Larry E. Richardson (Evg. Vera Riley) of Reddick, Virgil Richardson (Janette) of Pensacola, Robert Anderson (Sandra) of Ocala, John Richardson (Denovilee) of Miami, Willie James Richardson (Bernice) of Columbus, OH, and Charlie E. Richardson of OH; one Sister, Genice Dixon (James) of Columbus, OH; a goddaughter, LaShawn Carr; a special friend Audrey Blunt of Reddick; an adopted mother, Leola Riley, an adopted sister, Vivian Tanis (Joe) of Reddick; special and very devoted nieces, Ashlee Richardson, of Pensacola and Barbara Richardson of Columbus; a special and devoted nephew, Christopher Richardson of Columbus; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
