Mary Milton Obituary

Mary Ollie Milton was born on January 15, 1937 in Brooker Florida to Lattimore Wilson and Anna Gainey.

She was Educated in the Public Schools of Alachua County, Florida.

Mary came to know the Lord as Saviour at an early age.

She met the love of her life, William Milton, Jr. and was married for over fifty years. Six children was added to this union.

To support her family Mary was employed for well over thirty years as a cook for several restaurants, and as a domestic engineer at several locations in and around Marion County.

She was predeceased by her parents, Lattimore Wilson and Anna Gainey, her husband, William Milton, Jr., and seven of her siblings.

Mary loved cooking and baking for her family on special days as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Surrounded, Loved and Cared for by her family, Mary answered the Master’s call and went home to be with God on Sunday, October 20, 2019.

She leaves to cherish her memories: four sons, Ralph Milton, Wayne Milton, Randolph Milton and Frederick Milton; two daughters, Rejoyce Jacobs (Jeffery) and  Gwendolyn Milton; one sister: Judith Jacobs; ten grand-children; Durell Powell, Dasha Dennis, Janeka Fisher, Janai Jacobs, Jeffrey Jacobs, Jr., Antrawn Milton, Jasmine Milton, Brinja Milton, Alani Milton, and Amari Milton; five great grandchildren, three brother in laws, Eugene  Milton, James Milton (Lilly), and Leslie Milton (Betty); two sister in laws, Rose Mary Lofton and Elizabeth        Davidson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public Viewing will be on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Summers Funeral Home 2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, FL.

 

Funeral Service for Mrs Mary Milton, will be on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 11:00 am at Shiloh 7th Day Adventist Church, 500 SW 17th Avenue, Ocala, Fl 34471.

Final Interment will follow in Chestnut Cemetery
