Chester Lee Scott Jr. was born on May 31, 1952 to the late Chester Lee Scott Sr. and Helen Reed Scott.

Chester, affectionately known as “Man”, was a very loving, private, quiet and hard-working man until his health began to fail him. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Harrell Leon Harvey Sr., one sister Almeta Scott Jones, a special aunt and uncle who raised him, Elzora Scott Vereen and Gloster Vereen Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories one son Brian Scott of Orlando, Fl; a loving and devoted sister and brother in law: Joann and Clarence Curry; one brother: Jimmy Williams (Evelyn); six nephews: Paul, Pernell, Brandon, Trell, Curtis, and Jimmy Jr.; three nieces: Tara, Mirian and Tebia. Two grandchildren: Harrell Harvey Jr. and Latavia Lashoun Harvey; Special cousins: Chester, Gloster Jr, Vernice, Mary and Cynthia and a host of cousins and sorrowing friends.
Memorial Service will be Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 1:00pm at Summers Funeral Home Chapel, 2238 NW 10th St, Ocala, Fl 34475.
