Mrs. Helen McCall- Coleman was born on Thursday March 4, 1954, to the late George McCall Jr. and Sadie Mae Brown-McCall in Calhoun, Alabama.

Helen accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist church of Ocala, Florida where she served on the Missionary Ministry and Harvest Table.

Helen received her formal education from the Lowndes County Public School System and graduated from Calhoun High School in 1972.  She would later further her education by obtaining her Associates Degree at the Central Florida Community College in Ocala, Florida.

During her time in college, Mrs. Helen would meet John Coleman Jr, and they would marry on November 12, 1983. to this union, they were blessed with a son, Damien "Jermaine" Coleman.

Mrs. Helen McCall-Coleman never lost her faith and knew God did not bring her this far to leave her. so, on Monday, February 5, 2024, at the close of her life journey, she answered the lord when he called her. she has relocated to her heavenly father's house where she can serve him forever. she was preceded in death by Parents: George McCall Jr. and Sadie Mae Brown-McCall; In-Laws: John Lee (Stud) Coleman Sr. and Mrs. Curtis Lee Coleman; Brother: David McCall and her Stepson: Carlyle Coleman Sr.

Cherishing the memories of Mrs. Helen McCall Coleman's well-lived life are her husband of 40 years, John Coleman Jr; son: Damien "Jermaine" Coleman; Stepdaughter: Vicky Coleman; Brothers: Willie George McCall (Lora), Terry McCall (Janice) and Charles McCall Sr. (Essie); sisters: Dorothy McCall, Brenda Montgomery, Thelma McCall-Perryman (Willie Lee) and Mary Browning (Leon); Brother-In-Laws: Roy Coleman Sr. and Garfield Coleman; Sister-In-Laws: Virginia Jackson, Rebecca Webb, Thelma Hart and Grace Bynum; Grandchildren: Riley Coleman, Jasmine Thomas (Chris), Vincent Coleman and Carlyle Coleman Jr; God-Mothers: Mother Mary Morand, Mother Dorothy Brown; Special Friends: Joyce heard, Valarica Brooks-Kirkland along with a host of 14 great grands, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 1:00 until 6:00PM at Summers Funeral Home, 2238 NW 10th Street, Ocala, Fl 34475.

Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 11:00AM at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church, 612 NW 4th Place. Ocala, Florida, 34475.
