Gladys Jean Lofton

Gladys Jean Wilson Lofton affectionately known as 10 Cent, 2 Nickel, Momma Gladys, and Grandma was born on November 19th, 1949, in Ocala, Florida to the late Ruby Cole and Booker T. Wilson, also reared by a loving stepfather, Wilbert Cole.

Gladys Jean Wilson Lofton married to Soloman Lofton until GOD call him home to rest.

Gladys Jean Wilson Lofton attended school in Marion County and was a 1968 graduate of Howard High School. Gladys accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at an early age.  She was a faithful and committed member of St Lewis Missionary Baptist Church of Ocala Florida for many years. And also attend Watula Baptist Church.

Gladys loved God and His people, whatever her hands found to do, she did it with all her might. There was no mistake about it. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren and her family. 

She made her transition from this life on Monday March 25, 2024, at Cates House Ocala, Florida.

She leaves to carry her legacy:
